We’re now looking for an Operations Administration Support team member to join us in an entry-level role that offers real exposure to construction, project management and business operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, varied position supporting day-to-day operations across the business. You’ll work with multiple teams, helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while developing your skills along the way

What You’ll Be Doing

General Administration

  • Provide day-to-day admin support across the business
  • Coordinate meetings, book rooms, and manage calendars
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes

Onboarding & Team Support

  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Coordinate documentation and communication between teams

Finance & Operations Support

  • Help process vendor invoices
  • Assist with monthly timesheets and data entry

Travel Coordination

  • Organise flights, accommodation and itineraries for staff

Compliance & Documentation

  • Track and follow up compliance documents
  • Maintain accurate and organised records

Procurement & Office Support

  • Raise purchase orders
  • Manage office supplies, uniforms and stock

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years’ experience in admin, retail or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Reliable, proactive, and team-focused attitude
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Year 12 required
  • Certificate in Business Administration (nice to have, not essential)
