The Role:

We are seeking experienced Part Time Security Base Controller who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference. This position is to commence ASAP and is based at Macarthur Square.

 Role Requirements:

To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:

• Current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable
• Assisting contractors with sign-in and compliance
• Managing CCTV cameras, tracking targets and identifying potential persons of interest
• Respond to alarms inside the control room and effectively manage the staff during an emergency
• Use of computer to lock and unlock doors across the centre
• Answer phone calls from customers and tenants and respond accordingly to issues they raise
• Apply First Aid Certificate
• Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
• Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
• The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery which comes under your control
• The ability to complete reports using various platforms
• Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate-appropriate
• High-level problem-solving skills
• Ability to respond to emergency situations
• Valid work rights in Australia
