About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially focused National Transition Manager to lead the mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts across our Cleaning, Security and integrated services portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring structured, compliant and commercially aligned transitions, supporting a seamless handover from Estimating to Operations and ensuring operational readiness across labour, suppliers, equipment and systems.

The Transition Manager plays a critical role in minimising operational risk, ensuring service continuity and enabling successful contract commencement through robust planning, coordination and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end to end transition process across all contracts.
• Develop and manage detailed transition plans for new and existing contracts.
• Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation activities to ensure readiness for service commencement or exit.
• Ensure all contract documentation, scope of works and pricing assumptions are accurately handed over from Commercial teams.
• Ensure all required labour, equipment, suppliers and logistics are in place prior to go live.
• Monitor progress against key milestones, deliverables and timelines.
• Track and report transition status, risks, issues and mitigation actions.
• Ensure governance structures are established prior to contract commencement.
• Conduct post transition reviews to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen future mobilisation outcomes.

You will be working closely with the Estimating, Workforce Planning, Procurement and Operations teams to ensure alignment throughout the transition process, coordinating supplier onboarding and service setup requirements while facilitating clear and effective communication between all stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing contract mobilisation, onboarding or operational transitions within Cleaning, Security, Facilities Management or a service based industry.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capability.
• Experience interpreting scopes of works, service specifications and commercial documentation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transitions concurrently.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage risk in operational environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working across matrix environments and cross functional teams.
