About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and commercially focused National Transition Manager to lead the mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts across our Cleaning, Security and integrated services portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring structured, compliant and commercially aligned transitions, supporting a seamless handover from Estimating to Operations and ensuring operational readiness across labour, suppliers, equipment and systems.
The Transition Manager plays a critical role in minimising operational risk, ensuring service continuity and enabling successful contract commencement through robust planning, coordination and governance.
Key Responsibilities
You will be working closely with the Estimating, Workforce Planning, Procurement and Operations teams to ensure alignment throughout the transition process, coordinating supplier onboarding and service setup requirements while facilitating clear and effective communication between all stakeholders.
