About the Role
We are seeking a detail oriented and commercially astute Estimating Co-ordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for assisting the National Estimating Manager in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for new business opportunities, contract renewals, and variations, ensuring alignment with operational capability, industrial instruments, and client service requirements.
The Estimating Co-ordinator plays a critical role in supporting sustainable growth by ensuring pricing reflects labour models, compliance obligations, service methodology, and risk mitigation considerations.
Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement and Business Development teams to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with operational requirements. You will participate in site visits where required to assess scope, validate assumptions and identify operational considerations that may impact service delivery.
About You
You will have experience pricing retail centres, commercial precincts and integrated service contracts, supported by a sound understanding of cleaning methodologies, productivity benchmarks and security rostering structures.
