The Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, as Customer Success Manager you will be the single point of contact for AssetFuture customers, understanding customer needs and opportunities. Working with the customers and internal team to ensure that the customers get all the required resources and tools to adapt the AssetFuture technology, are satisfied and referenceable.
The major objectives of the role are to develop and own customer relationships with key clients, achieve customer retention and renewal targets and implement major initiatives aligned to AssetFuture’s Business Strategy.
This is a hybrid role based in Sydney CBD.
