The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor to join our already successful team at one of our premium commercial assets in Melbourne’s CBD.

Role Requirements:

• Supervise a dedicated hard working team
• Support the Cleaning Manager on contract related matters
• Provide effective leadership to cleaning personnel, including mentoring and training.
• Leading from the front and deliver superior client and guest experiences
• Perform administrative functions, such as incident reporting, assisting with staff rosters, etc
• Meet and exceed contract cleaning requirements
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with the client
• Understand customer’s security, environmental and safety requirements
• Responding to general cleaning, periodical, preventative and emergency incidents or queries

To be considered for the position you must have the following:

• Previous experience supervising a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good administrative skills and is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications;
• Ability to give direction and instruction to people
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure

• Consistent attention to detail
• Ability to work Afternoon Roster
• Valid work rights in Australia
