We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor at our Macarthur Square site. 

The roster for this role is Monday to Friday: 2200-0536

Must have Full Working rights in Australia.

Role Requirements:

  • Supervise a Cleaning Team
  • Please note we are only accepting applicants with full working rights in Australia 
  • Supporting the Cleaning Manager on staff related matters
  • Provide effective leadership to cleaning personnel, including mentoring and training.
  • Leading and inspiring team members to deliver superior guest experiences;
  • Performing administrative functions, such as incident reporting, assisting with staff rosters, etc;
  • Meet and exceed contract cleaning requirements
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with the client
  • Understand customer’s security, environmental and safety requirements
  • Following Occupational Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
  • Responding to general cleaning, periodical, preventative and emergency incidents or queries

To be considered for the position you must have the following:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in retail/commercial cleaning
  • Previous experience supervising a team
  • Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery
  • Knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good administrative skills and is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications;
  • Ability to give direction and instruction to people.
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure.
  • Consistent attention to detail.
  • Valid work rights in Australia
