  • Allocate work effectively and monitor team performance and productivity.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture where employees feel empowered and valued.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for night shift operational matters and provide practical solutions to challenges as they arise.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, site procedures, and Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
  • Complete shift reports, incident reports, and handover documentation accurately and on time.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, defects, and operational concerns to the Site Manager.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Site Manager regarding shift performance, service delivery, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Attributes
