The Role
We are seeking reliable and hardworking cleaning team members to join our night shift team at Sydney Airport. You will play an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for passengers, staff, and visitors.

Roster: Night shift (hours between 10pm – 6am, Monday to Sunday with rotating rosters)
Award: Paid in accordance with the Assetlink Services Air Pty.Ltd and United Workers Union Sydney Airport Enterprise Agreement 2023

Role Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience in commercial, retail, or aviation environments preferred (training provided)
  • Understanding of chemical handling and cleaning techniques (or willingness to learn)
  • Experience with cleaning machinery (scrubbers, buffers, sweepers) highly regarded
  • Strong commitment to safe working practices
  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written English)
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Valid Australian work rights
