We’re seeking a reliable and safety-focused Street Sweeper and Compactor Operator to join our night shift team at Sydney Airport. This is a great opportunity to work in a secure, high-profile environment while operating modern sweeping equipment.

About the Role:

• Location: Sydney Airport
• Shift: Mon & Thur (1800 -2200), Fri/Sat (2200-0536)
• Role type: Permanent, Part Time
• Equipment: Truck-mounted road sweeper
• Pay: Sydney Airport EBA - above award rates

You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of airside and landside areas, operating specialized sweeping machinery, and performing pre- and post-operation safety checks to ensure the airport remains clean and operational through the night.

What You’ll Need:

• Current Heavy Vehicle Licence (HR or higher) – essential
• Full working rights in Australia – essential
• Strong focus on safety and compliance (airport experience highly regarded)
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
