AssetProjects is seeking an experienced Client & Operations Manager, ideally based on the Central Coast, to oversee operational delivery, client relationships, and regional performance across our Seniors Living portfolio.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be the key point of contact for clients, oversee refurbishment and maintenance projects, identify new business opportunities, and support site teams to deliver outstanding outcomes in live residential environments.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and strengthening relationships with village managers, facility managers, and key client stakeholders
  • Conducting site inspections and accurately scoping refurbishment, maintenance, and minor works projects
  • Preparing and reviewing quotations and scope documentation
  • Overseeing project delivery to ensure safety, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction
  • Supporting site teams and Project Coordinators across your allocated region
  • Identifying and converting minor works and additional project opportunities
  • Conducting quality inspections and project handovers
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements, company procedures, and industry standards
  • Driving regional performance and contributing to revenue growth

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in operations management, project delivery, facilities management, construction, refurbishment, or maintenance environments
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Experience preparing scopes of work, quotations, and project documentation
  • Strong understanding of WHS requirements and operational risk management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across a region
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Current White Card and driver's licence and willingness to undergo background checks

Highly Regarded

  • Building & Construction qualifications
  • Experience within seniors living, healthcare, retirement living, or aged care environments
  • Experience with capital works, fit-outs, refurbishments, or maintenance programs
