Roster: Rotating

Week 1: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu & Fri: 06.00 – 18.00

Week 2: Tue, Wed, Thu & Fri: 06.00 – 18.00

Week 3: Wed, Thu, Fri & Sat: 06.00 – 18.00

Week 4: Thu, Fri, Sat & Sun: 06.00 – 18.00

Week 5: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon: 06.00 – 18.00

Week 6: Sat, Sun, Mon & Tue: 06.00 – 18.00

Week 7: Sun, Mon, Tue & Wed: 06.00 – 18.00

Become the face of safety and customer care. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every person who enters the centre feels safe, welcome, and supported.

What You’ll Do

This is more than a security role, it’s a role with purpose and impact.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing a strong security presence with exceptional customer service
• Experience in Control Room Operations – essential
• Experience using Milestone CCTV systems preferred
• Supporting tenants, guests, and visitors professionally
• Conducting foot patrols and proactive safety awareness
• Managing access control and responding to client requests
• Responding confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Building positive relationships with retail partners and centre management
• Completing clear incident reports and daily logs using digital systems
• Maintaining a high standard of presentation and communication

 What You’ll Bring

To succeed with Assetlink, you’ll need:

• A valid QLD Full Security Licence
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and confidence dealing with the public
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Full working rights in Australia

Retail security experience is an advantage, but not essential.
