Specialising in the provision of standalone cleaning and security services or a tailored integrated solution. Assetlink support businesses to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care and mining sectors.

Opportunities are now available for an experienced Full-time & Part-time Maintenance Team Member with proven experience within the facilities field. This position will be based at our Pacific Fair site. 

Monthly rotating start times: 7:00am, 8:00am or 10:00am. One weekend day off each week (Saturday or Sunday). Every second Thursday: 1:00pm – 9:00pm.

The overall functions of this role are:

• General handy-person and trade duties
• Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
• Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard
• Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients
• Flexible approach to work 

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Previous experience within maintenance/handyman
• Versatile handy-person skills
• Ability to use Power tools &Forklift
• Basic plumbing skills
• Physically capable of moving equipment
• Ability to be part of a team.
• Be self-motivated and responsible
• Liaise with customers as required.
• Trade qualification is helpful
