We're currently looking for a Work Order Management Officer to join our team based at our Rhodes Support Office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

About the Role

As the Work Order Management Officer, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operational teams by coordinating the end-to-end lifecycle of work orders.

Working closely with Operations Managers, clients, site teams and service partners, you'll ensure work orders are accurately allocated, monitored and completed while maintaining exceptional customer service and meeting contractual service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage work orders from receipt through to completion.
  • Allocate work orders to internal teams and service partners.
  • Monitor work order progress to ensure contractual SLAs are achieved.
  • Liaise with Operations Managers, clients and contractors regarding work requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within the Work Order Management System.
  • Prepare reports and monitor work order performance.
  • Assist with purchase orders, contractor invoices and operational administration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve work order processes and service delivery.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys problem-solving, has exceptional organisational skills and thrives in a busy environment where communication and attention to detail are key.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience in work order management, facilities management, maintenance administration or operational support.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
  • The ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience using work order or facilities management systems will be highly regarded.
