We are currently looking for a Senior Facilities Supervisor who can lead our facilities team at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

The roster for this role is Tuesday to Saturday 6:00am - 2:00pm. 

The Role:

As a part of this role you will be required to, but not limited to:

• You will oversee and manage the operations of the facilities team and deliver an exceptionally high level of service.  
• Attend to incidents, assist and advise the Senior Facility Manager.
• Ability to maintain effective communication channels with the Site Manager and client or their representative.
• Maintaining the clients Planned Preventative Maintenance system (Property Assist Centre) including check sheets and staff training.
• Understand the requirements for maintenance services in a retail commercial property environment.
• Identify safety hazards and report them through the appropriate channels to Management, the Client or their representative or to the Occupational Health and Safety safe work group. Conduct prescribed Risk Audits as per Assetlink’s Risk Management System.
• Work safely with tools, equipment, chemical and hazardous materials.
• Assisting with Centre events and activations
• General repairs to furniture, installing appliances and equipment.
• Minor plumbing and carpentry
• Repairs/replacement of floor and wall tilling
• Building Fixtures and fittings
• Support induction and on-site training to all new personnel, as required.
• Attend, participate in, or manage (if required) various forums and meetings with the client, Management and/or stakeholder groups. Document the outcomes of these inspections and follow- through of all issues highlighted
