The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Casual Handyperson / Maintenance Team Member with proven experience within the facilities field. This position will be based at Rouse Hill Town Centre in Rouse Hill, NSW 2155 and requires flexibility to work a rotating roster Monday to Sunday.

The overall functions of this role are:

• General handy-person and trade duties
• Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
• Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard
• Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients
• Flexibility to work across different shifts

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Previous experience within retail environment
• Ability to manage a team and work stand-alone.
• Qualification in either carpentry/plumbing/electrical engineering will be favourable, but not mandatory
• Versatile handy-person skills
• Be self-motivated and responsible
• Have good time management and organisational skills
• Physically capable of moving equipment
• Liaise with customers and customer complaints
• Trade qualification in either carpentry, plumbing, painting etc 
• Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable
• Must be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance Check
• Must have valid work rights in Australia
