Level 5 Award Rates
MON-FRI Day - $29.79
MON-FRI Night - $36.25
SAT - $44.69
SUN - $59.58
OT 1.5 - $44.69 (First 2hrs)
OT 2.0 - $59.58 (After 2hrs)
1st Aid Allowance
$36.46 per week
Reliver Allowance
$45.09 per week
We're looking for security members to assist with shift coverage across cluster of a few sites, covering general security duties for sick leave, annual leave, serge requirements and adhoc work.
Current sites include,
- Macquarie Centre
- Warringah Mall
In return for being available to cover shifts at multiple sites, possibly with different sets of uniforms, you will be rewarded with the below level 5 SSIA rates and allowances, whilst conducting general security duties.
As a permanent employee, will include leave benefits, (sick and annual leave) as a permanent employee with full time hours.

What You’ll Do
This is more than a security role, it’s a role with purpose and impact.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing a strong security presence with exceptional customer service
- Supporting tenants, guests, and visitors professionally
- Conducting foot patrols and proactive safety awareness
- Managing access control and responding to client requests
- Responding confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Building positive relationships with retail partners and centre management
- Completing clear incident reports and daily logs using digital systems
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation and communication
What You’ll Bring
To succeed with Assetlink, you’ll need:
- A valid (Insert State) Full Security Licence
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and confidence dealing with the public
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster
- Full working rights in Australia
Retail security experience is an advantage, but not essential.
