About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team at Perth Airport. This role is a key part of our Operations team, responsible for leading frontline staff and ensuring a safe, clean, and high-performing environment across the site.

You will play a critical role in coordinating daily operations, maintaining service standards, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of frontline team members and supervisors
• Lead, coach and develop staff to drive performance, engagement and high morale
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and support
• Ensure all work orders and maintenance tasks are completed within deadlines
• Maintain strong communication with Operations Manager, Contract Manager, and client stakeholders
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with WHS/OHS legislation, company policies, and procedures
• Conduct safety and quality audits as required
• Manage onboarding, inductions, and ongoing training of team members
• Oversee timesheets, reporting, and administrative functions

About You:

You are a confident and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in operations, cleaning services, or facilities management
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of WHS practices and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems effectively
• Good computer skills (MS Office; Kronos/UKG experience desirable)
• A professional and well-presented approach
• Full, unrestricted work rights
