The Role:
As part of our continued growth at Sydney Airport, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Operations & Administration Coordinator to join our team due to an internal promotion.
Based fully on-site at Sydney Airport, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment where no two days are the same. Working standard business hours Monday to Friday, you’ll play a key role supporting the day-to-day coordination of airport operations across multiple terminals.

From liaising with airlines, retailers, and service providers to supporting rostering, reporting, onboarding, logistics, and operational administration, this is a highly varied position that sits at the centre of our airport operations.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re highly organised, proactive, solutions-focused, and enjoy being part of a dynamic team that keeps a major airport environment running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Coordinating onboarding, inductions, ASIC applications, and training support
• Supporting daily airport operations across multiple terminals
• Managing rostering, payroll support, and workforce coordination
• Liaising with retailers, airlines, contractors, and internal teams
• Coordinating uniforms, equipment, stock, and operational supplies
• Preparing reports, operational updates, and meeting documentation
• Supporting events, travel bookings, and site logistics
• Acting as a key communication point across the operation

What You’ll Bring
• Previous administration or operations coordination experience
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
• Experience in fast-paced operational environments highly regarded
