About the Role

As a Utility Mine Site Cleaner at one of our mining village sites in the Goldfields Region (WA 6427), you’ll play a vital part in keeping the village running smoothly and ensuring residents feel at home while working away. This is a full-time, BIBO role ex Malaga/Midvale on a 2:1 roster (two weeks on, one week off), with an immediate start available.

This position is night shift only – 6pm-6am.

In this varied position, you’ll be the go-to team member supporting day-to-day operations across multiple departments, which means no two days are ever the same.

Role Requirements

• Current C class WA Driver’s Licence (ESSENTIAL)
• Forklift License
• RSA Certfiicate
• Current National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical which includes drug and alcohol tests (LABDAS) (ESSENTIAL)
• Experience working as an all-rounder kitchenhand, cleaning and/or housekeeping
• Ability to work night shift if required
• Previous experience working within a similar remote location 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and time-sensitive environment
• Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
• Be physically fit to carry out moderate to heavy duties
• Good listening skills and the ability to follow instructions
• Be able to communicate in verbal and written English
