We’re looking for a talented Management and Organisation Analyst to join our team and help shape the way we measure, report, and improve performance across the organisation. This role is based in Rhodes, NSW.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, Client Relations & Business Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and managing our performance reporting framework, turning data into actionable insights, and partnering with both internal teams and clients to drive operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and evolving reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Analysing operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Creating client-facing reports that clearly demonstrate results and improvement initiatives
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects and change management
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reporting meets business needs and drives value
  • Leveraging BI tools, automation, and data visualisation to streamline reporting processes

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives on turning complex data into meaningful stories that drive action. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation
  • Experience developing KPIs and reporting frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement
