About You

We are looking for a dedicated IT professional with:

• A Diploma or higher in Network Engineering.
• Systems Administration / System Engineer certifications in Unix and Microsoft.
•  3-5 years of Windows System Administration experience in an enterprise environment ( On-Premise and Cloud )
• Experience with Windows Server (2016+), Linux, Nutanix, VMware vSphere, vCentre, Exchange Server, Entra ID, and M365 Administration.
• Strong knowledge of firewall administration, network security, and IT troubleshooting.
• Experience with security systems like Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and Trend Micro.
• Ability to create and manage standard operating environments (SOE).
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Routing, DNS).
• Experience in scripting with PowerShell.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) expertise.
• A strong desire to learn, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and strong communication skills to build relationships across stakeholders.
