The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a driven and experienced People and Culture Business Partner who is looking to make a difference at an operational level to look after Vic/SA/Tas. This is a permanent full time role with time split between office and sites. It will be an opportunity to provide support to our team members and leaders, with an approach that is aligned with our values. If you are someone that has a one team approach and willingness to learn, you will be given the opportunity to harness your potential and develop your skills.
You will be a true HR generalist that has experience in employee relations, performance management and operational change management. Additionally, it will be important to have the ability to analyse stakeholder requests and make decisions that are in line with compliance, the organisation, and our team members’ best interests.
