We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contracts Coordinator to join our Corporate and Education Division. This role bridges project coordination and operational client support, making it ideal for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and delivering great outcomes.

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting both contract administration and project coordination across the Corporate and Education Division. You'll manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle while also helping to deliver strategic and operational projects. From ensuring compliance and documentation is watertight to supporting project planning, execution, and reporting, your attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will be critical to the success of our service delivery.

This is a great opportunity to work across both contracts and projects—collaborating with service partners, clients, and internal teams to keep things moving, drive performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate and manage contract documentation, renewals, and compliance processes
  • Support end-to-end project coordination, including planning, tracking milestones, budgets, and reporting
  • Be the first point of contact for contract and project-related queries via phone and email
  • Oversee service requests, inductions, insurance, and WHS documentation
  • Maintain accurate records across systems and ensure reporting is timely and accurate
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project and contract delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and reporting tools
  • Support continuous improvement and mentor junior team members where required

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in contract coordination, project support, or service delivery
  • Strong understanding of contract and project lifecycles, with a proactive approach to planning and execution
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools
  • Knowledge of WHS/OHS compliance and contract administration frameworks
