The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Concierge Manager / Corporate Experience Executive to lead the Level 25 corporate experience at Stockland Piccadilly.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you will deliver a 5-star corporate concierge service, managing the end-to-end guest experience while overseeing service frameworks, stakeholder relationships, events, security protocols and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and deliver a best-in-class corporate concierge and guest experience
  • Manage the Level 25 environment including reception, meeting rooms, boardroom and events
  • Ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure
  • Build strong relationships with Stockland stakeholders, tenants, suppliers and service partners
  • Develop and maintain 5-star service frameworks, SOPs and KPIs
  • Support and mentor concierge and reception staff, fostering a collaborative culture
  • Coordinate corporate events and onsite activations
  • Oversee visitor management, access control, mailboxes, lockers and directory boards
  • Manage tenant and building service requests through Stockland Assist
  • Maintain compliance with WHS, security, risk and emergency management procedures
  • Promote sustainability initiatives aligned to Stockland’s corporate strategy
  • Identify and implement continuous service improvements and innovation opportunities

About You

You are polished, confident and operationally sharp, with a passion for premium service.

You will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in concierge, corporate experience or premium hospitality roles
  • Demonstrated people leadership or supervisory experience
  • Exceptional customer service and situational management skills
  • Strong administrative, organisational and multitasking capability
  • Experience developing service frameworks and 5-star processes
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint; Salesforce desirable)
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders in a corporate environment
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
