The Roles:

We have a fantastic opportunity for motivated Cleaning Team Members to join our team at Perth Airport.

• Morning, afternoon and night rosters available!
• Candidates with airside driving experience encouraged to apply! (WA drivers licence mandatory for airside driving roles).

We are looking for people who are reliable, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while making a real difference on-site.

This position is covered under the Assetlink & United Workers Union Perth Airport Enterprise Agreement 2025–2028, which provides rates and conditions above award along with a range of additional benefits.

Role Requirements:

• Well presented, proactive, and able to work independently

• Previous commercial or retail cleaning experience preferred (training provided)

• Understanding of cleaning techniques and safe chemical handling (or willingness to learn)

• Experience using cleaning machinery (scrubbers, buffers, sweepers) desirable

• Strong focus on safe working practices

• Physically fit with the ability to perform repetitive tasks and walk for extended periods

• Good communication and listening skills, with the ability to follow instructions

• Ability to work flexible hours, including public holidays and night shifts

• Valid Australian work rights essential
