Expressions of Interest

Assetlink is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated Cleaning Services Supervisors who are interested in joining our team at Perth Airport.

As a Cleaning Services Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and safety across the site. You will lead and support a team dedicated to maintaining excellence in presentation and customer service, while ensuring compliance with all operational requirements.

Role Requirements:

• Managing a high-performing cleaning team
• Provide effective leadership to cleaning personnel, including mentoring and training
• Leading and inspiring team members to deliver superior guest experiences
• Performing administrative functions, such as incident reporting and assisting with staff rosters, etc
• Meet and exceed contract cleaning requirements
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with the client
• Understand customer’s security, environmental and safety requirements
• Following Occupational Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
• Responding to general cleaning, periodical, preventative and emergency incidents or queries

To be considered for the position you must have the following:

• Must have permanent full work rights in Australia
• Must be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance Check
• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in retail/commercial cleaning
• Previous experience managing a team
• Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good administrative skills and is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to give direction and instruction to people
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure
• Consistent attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends
