Change Manager – Workforce Management Transformation – 6 month max contract.
Location: Flexible working arrangements are available from either of our Support Offices in Rhodes, NSW 2138, or South Melbourne, VIC 3205. Both locations offer parking, are close to public transport, and are surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes.

About the Role
In this key project role, you’ll manage the organisational and technical change components of Assetlink’s Workforce Management transformation, guiding our team through the transition to the UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM) platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, managers, and end-users to ensure a smooth transition, fostering understanding, engagement, and readiness across our workforce.
