About the Role

In this key project role, you’ll manage the organisational and technical change components of Assetlink’s Workforce Management transformation, guiding our team through the transition to the UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM) platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, managers, and end-users to ensure a smooth transition, fostering understanding, engagement, and readiness across our workforce. As a central point of contact, you will:

  • Develop Change Journeys – Identify key personas and craft tailored change journeys that clearly communicate the transition to both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Maintain clear, consistent communication with senior management, department heads, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on Training and Documentation – Assist subject matter experts in creating training resources for a successful rollout.
  • Manage Attitudes to Change – Work with “Detractors” and “Neutral” staff groups to encourage positive engagement and support for the new system.
  • Communicate Transition Plans – Document and communicate business process changes to staff, aligning them with the overall change management strategy.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Change Manager with a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3+ years managing change for Workforce Management platform implementations (ideally UKG Pro WFM), supporting large organisations with 2,500+ staff.
  • Industry Background: Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services is an advantage.
  • Certification: An industry-standard Change Management certification (e.g., CCMP) is highly regarded.
  • Communication and Facilitation Skills: Strong ability to guide cross-functional teams, including staff with varying technical skill levels, through change processes.
  • Conflict Resolution and Critical Thinking: Skilled in assessing complex scenarios, forming fact-based conclusions, and resolving resistance to change.
  • Collaborative Approach: Comfortable working with a diverse mix of operational staff, technical teams, and external vendors.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and vendors, ensuring timely completion of key tasks.
  • Highly organised with the ability to coordinate complex project activities across departments.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a transformative project with strong support from executive leadership.
  • Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team and make a meaningful impact on our operational capabilities.

If you’re a proactive Change Manager passionate about guiding people through meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you!
