The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Integrated Services Manager (Assistant ISM) to join our team at Macquarie Centre – one of Sydney’s busiest and most iconic retail destinations.

Working Sunday to Thursday, you will support the Integrated Services Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of our cleaning, security, maintenance, and customer service teams, ensuring service excellence and compliance across all areas.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support daily site operations across cleaning, security, maintenance, and customer service
  • Act as a key point of contact for the client and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assist in managing staffing, performance, training, and compliance obligations
  • Help lead and motivate team members in line with Assetlink’s values and service standards
  • Assist in the monitoring of KPIs, reporting, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Support in rostering, incident resolution, and client relationship management
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, presentation, and service delivery
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives onsite

You Will Have

  • Experience in facilities or site operations, ideally in a retail/commercial environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience supervising or supporting diverse teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • A customer-first attitude and a commitment to safety
  • Competency in using systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with Kronos, timesheet approvals, and familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred)
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to assist in P&L reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Must be able to work from or attend other Assetlink sites as required from time to time
