We are seeking someone with the drive and potential to grow into a team leader role, acting as a key point of contact for the team while demonstrating leadership and collaboration.

Specialising in the provision of integrated or single facilities services, Assetlink support clients to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care and mining sectors.

About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving recruitment operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of Assetlink’s hiring needs across our diverse and growing organisation. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is integral to creating exceptional hiring experiences while supporting managers to find the right talent for our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for operational and strategic roles - cleaning, security, maintenance focus
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess needs, manage candidate pipelines, and guide them through the recruitment process.
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, and industry networks.
  • Conduct CV reviews, phone screenings, interviews, and due diligence checks (e.g., clearances and right-to-work verification).
  • Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding tasks, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Provide exceptional People & Culture administrative support to operational teams.
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and ensure adherence to safety and organisational standards
  • Ability to travel to sites if and when required

About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment or blue collar environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Experience using recruitment databases/Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably PageUp
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Hold a current and valid NSW drivers licence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment practices, including behavioral interview techniques.
