Assetlink’s Purpose

Established in 1993, Assetlink is an Australian owned facilities services provider with over 2,500 people serving over 1200 customers nationwide.  Specialising in the provision of standalone cleaning and security services or a tailored integrated solution, Assetlink support businesses to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care and mining sectors.

We are currently seeking suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated Full Time, Part Time and Casual Retail Security Officers to join our team at Macarthur Square in Macarthur, NSW 2560 - who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference. 

The Roles:

You will be responsible for providing security service at our client's retail site, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, management of emergency situations and demonstrated pro-active security awareness.  

The rosters for these positions will be:

Full Time Role: Monday to Friday - 0900 to 1700 or Tuesday to Saturday - 0900 to 1700

Part Time Role: Thursday – 1700 to 2200 (Additional shifts to be determined)

Casual Role: Varying days and times throughout the week

The roles are to commence immediately!

Role Requirements:

To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:

• Current NSW Full Security Licence
• Apply First Aid Certificate
• Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
• Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
• The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
• The ability to complete reports using various platforms
• Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate appropriate
• High level problem solving skills
• Ability to respond to emergency situations
• Valid work rights in Australia
